How do I register as a seller on FangearNation?
To register as a seller:
- Visit the sign-up page.
- Click on “I am a vendor”.
- Fill out the required details, including your name, email, and shop name.
- Agree to the terms and conditions, then submit your application.
- Once your account is submitted, it will take up to 24 hours for approval.

How do I set up my store after registration?
- Log in to your seller dashboard.
- Navigate to Store Settings to set up:
- Store name
- Logo and banner
- Address and contact details
- Social media links
- Click Update Settings to complete the setup.
How do I add products to my store?
- Go to your Seller Dashboard and click on Products > Add New Product.
- Fill in product details, including:
- Product images
- Inventory and stock status
- Shipping details (if applicable)
- Click Save Product to add the product to your store.
What types of products can I sell?
You can sell any product that aligns with FangearNation’s policies and guidelines. Prohibited items include illegal, hazardous, or counterfeit goods.
How do I manage orders?
- Navigate to Orders in your seller dashboard.
- View the list of orders and their statuses (e.g., pending, completed).
- Update the order status (e.g., shipped) after fulfilling it.
- Add a tracking number, if applicable, to notify the customer.
How do I set up shipping rates?
- Go to Seller Dashboard > Settings > Shipping.
- Choose the shipping method (flat rate, free shipping, or custom rates).
- Define shipping zones and rates based on location.
- Save the changes to apply your settings.
- Write your shipping and refund policy.
For Buyer
How do I purchase products on FangearNation?
- Browse through our categories or use the search bar to find what you’re looking for.
- Once you find an item, click on the product to view details.
- Click “Add to Cart” Or “Buy It Now” to purchase.
- Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Select your preferred payment method and enter shipping details.
- Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including:

- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
How do I track my order?
- Log in to your account.
- Go to “My Orders” to view your recent purchases.
- Find the order you’d like to track and click on the tracking number link.

How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact the seller as soon as possible. Sellers may cancel an order before it ships, but once the product is shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
How can I return a product?
Returns and exchanges are handled by the seller. Each seller sets their return policy, which is listed on their products. To initiate a return:
- Contact the seller via the “Seller store name” option on the product page.
- Follow the seller’s instructions for returning the item.
