Please allow 1 - 6 business days for processing before shipping. Free shipping on all orders

Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, or weather conditions. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times as shipping is handled by third-party carriers.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any penalty. If your order has already shipped, cancellation will not be possible. Please contact us with the subject line "CANCEL".

Incorrect Address

If you've entered an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details immediately. We can only update your address within 24 hours of order placement.

Damaged Items

We take extra care when packaging items, but in rare cases (around 1 in 1000), damage may occur during shipping.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• A picture of the damaged item

Once we verify the issue, we will send a replacement free of charge.
